Is the only way to exit from SHUTDOWN mode to bring the voltage on PACK pin under Vshutdown- and then take it over Vshutdown+ ?

Hi Thomas,

Yes. But the voltage nominally needs to be (VSHUTDOWN-)+ VHYSTERESIS where VHYSTERESIS is 250mV. If it's lesser than that, it may not reliably wake up.
