Synchronous BUCK converter

Hi,

I want to find a synchronous BUCK converter, which allows to be used in FCCM and maximum reverse inductor is 1A. This should be ok for SR and SW also their body diodes.

The BUCK converter is used for DC/DC: 15V to 3.3V supply. Iout=0.5A.

3.3V output voltage is used as a clamping voltage of Input interface, that likes a "battery" will be add on the 3.3V supply.

The input is limited by 100V and 1A. When it is connected to 3.3V supply through a forward diode BAV99, the voltage spike will be absorbed. Then, the current will start to charge the load of 3.3V supply.

Because 1A>0.5A, it will charge up the 3.3V supply.

Thus, we want to use a synchronous BUCK converter used in FCCM mode for reverse current as a fault condition.
