DC energy meter 250V /100A measurement section

Hi,

I am looking for the solution on DC energy meter which can measure accurately up to 250V DC /100A with accuracy of either 0.2/0.5 

1.Need support  on energy metering section (Any EM chip for DC measurement) or solution

2. Need Shunt interfacing circuit for this measurement and amplifying to the level required by EM chip

3. Need solution on Isolating the signal (As shunt is there so need isolation)
