Hi Sir,.

BQ25713 I2C VIH is 1.3V,

Could it went I2C to DSP 1.8v without level-shift ,right ?

Hi There:

I2C lines voltage is determined by the outside pull up voltage, I don't understand where do you get VIH 1.3V information?

If you use 1.8V pull up voltage, it should be compatible with your DSP.
