PMP21683: Design parameters of transformer in power reference design of TI

Hi,TI Engineer , a reference design of power supply, The digital number is:PMP21683, the transformer of circuit encountered problems. The BOM table of components mentioned the parameters of the transformer, T100, 250uH, RLTI-1303, Renco Electronics Transformer. There is no introduction about the parameters of transformer design in PDF of technical document's user guide. Now I need the design parameters of this transformer, such as frequency, winding turn ratio and number of windings, inductance 、current and voltage of primary and secondary sides, etc.

    Please see below parameters which I gave Renco for designing the transformer:

    • Input/output condition: 350VDC min to 410VDC max input to 48V/11A output.

    • Turns ratio: Npri : Naux: Nsec1 : Nsec2: Nsec3 = 29: 3: 7: 7: 2.

    • Npri current: 8Apeak, 3.5Arms.

    • Naux/Nsec3 current: less than 0.05Arms.

    • Nsec1/Nsec2 current: 31Apeak, 12Arms.

    • Transformer Primary Inductance: 250uH (with <5% leakage).

    • Nominal switching frequency: 60kHz to 150kHz.

    • Safety standard: reinforced isolation.

    • Maximum height: 38mm

    • Because of high AC current on this transformer, please use Litz wires on both end of the transformer.

    Please notice that the primary inductance in the latest version of RLTI-1303 is actually 230uH.
