Can you send the original CAD design file (Altium, PADs, or others) to facilitate the review?

It is not allowed to offer the original cad file from customer policy. Sorry about this. Could you please check that based on existed information?

It is difficult to review the layout in its PDF as there are connections not clearly. If the customer does want TI to help review please provide the original CAD design files. You can send the files directly to the below email:

hong_huang@ti.com

Otherwise, please print out each layer separately so we can know where are connections between layers.
