Are there recommended values for resistors and capacitors listed below?
・ "EN" pull-down resistance
・ "OC" pull-up resistance
・ "OUT" line ceramic capacitors and aluminum electrolytic capacitors

* The USB controller is a 3.3V power supply and the TPS2051B "IN" is a 5V power supply.
