Is it good choice for power bank?

Hi,

We are look for power bank solution. The requirements as following:

• one of micro USB connector - for power input (ex: USB charger, adapter)
• one of USB type A female connector - for load (ex: phone, tablet)
• one 7000 mAh li-ion battery cell (charge current can be 2 ~ 3.5A and over voltage >4.2V or 4.3V)
• disable the output for the delivery and shipment
• low power dissipation

Is a bq25890 good choice?
