my customer wants to get the spice model of ULN2003A, could you share ?

could you share how much time does IC output for rising time and falling time with below condition?

These are not TI approved models.

For your second request, TI does not spec this parameter as it is very dependent on the load. It would be very difficult for us to provide accurate estimates for your exact conditions. On the other hand, we do specify the propagation delay time in the switching characteristics table on the datasheet. Please refer to Figure 17 on the datasheet for a visual representation of these specs.
