TPS62840: converter is not working

Hello Bart,

Was the system ever functional or were they not functional at time 0?

What's the input voltage of your system? Your set resistor should be 267k Ohm nominal for you to have 3.3V at output.

Is the value of your inductor 2.2nH instead of the 2,2uH recommend?

To help you debug your system, could you provide the following:

- PCB layout

- Part numbers of the BOM

Hi Dorian,

converter has not been functional earlier.

Input voltage: 3.15-4.2V (Li-ion)

Inductor is 2.2uH (just a typo on schematic) - it is Murata DFE201612E-2R2M=P2.

Set resistor - we will change it and check again. Keep you posted.

Hello Bart,

Any update on your side? I don't think replacing the Rset value will fix your issue if you are saying that the device is not working at all.
