Why when I activate cell balancing the batteries never reach 100% while charging? The current is reduced to a minimal value and no charging event happens any longer?

Hi Omar,

Cell balancing should not have an effect on charging. It will only turn on when the gauge has been learned. Please check if your settings to see if you have completed your learning cycle.

I performed the learning cycle. I want to understand what does the cell balancing do exactly and how it does it. Is there a more detailed document other than the datasheet to understand it?
