Hi Divya,
Please take a look at this app note to understand the reason why the psiJT and psiJB values were created in place of the thetaJC and thetaJB.
We do not have an accurate way to get thetaJB and thetaJC numbers for our device, so instead the psi value is an attempt to provide users with an estimated thermal metric.
As for the ambient temperature, the part has been tested to operate to maximum loading(3A) safely at a maximum ambient temperature of 85C. This can be seen on Figure 4 of the datasheet.
