As we are doing the thermal analysis, Please provide the Junction temperature of the above part.

Tj ABS spec should be 85c.

Hi,

Our board will work in ambient temperature is +71degC, so we are doing the thermal analysis for the card.

Without the TJ of the part, it is very difficult to go further analysis.

Please provide the junction temperature at part maximum power dissipation.

Can you please suggest the similar part with same function & PCB foot print with Maximum junction temperature of 125C.
