Our product is charged with USB port or cradle, and the adapter used for charging is only two lines, vcc and gnd (no usb line).
When recharging the cradle for a short time, it may be recognized as an intermittent unknown.
If it is recognized as an unknown device, resetting the adapter power will recognize it as a normal adapter.
Questions:
In the datasheet 9.3.1.3.4,
I think it happens when the charging terminal is reinserted in DCD 0.5 sec timer. Is that correct?
If it is recognized as an unknown device, I would like to ask you if there is a way to reset the ic by using i2c.
Or is there a way to recognize it in another way?
