thanks for your question.

There are two options or you:

In case a STEP model is sufficient for you, please find it on the Quality & packaging tab of the TPS62091 product folder.

If not you can use the Webench Power Designer, select the TPS62091 and export the design information to Altium Designer. This will then include all related EVM files.
