Good day.

Our customer is looking for the Total Power Dissipation (Pd) and Maximum Case Temperature (Tcmax) of LM3671QMF-1.2/NOPB and TPS560200DBVR. This information is not in the datasheet, is there a way to compute these parameters?

Hi Carlo,

these information are given on page 5 of the datasheet: Table 6.5 Thermal Information and table 6.6 Dissipation Ratings.

You can use the thermal resistance to calculate the case temperature at a given junction temperature and vice versa.
