There are LM5122, LM5122Z and LM5122ZA.

What are differences of these device?

And what device is recommended for new design?

I recommend LM5122 and LM5122ZA for new design.

22Z & 22ZA version's package is HTSSOP-24 while the 22 version's package is HTSSOP-20.

ZA version is basically the same as Z version, but it is a little bit less noise sensitive than Z version .
