Failed to identify IC version and could not be connected automatically(need to select version manually), and failed to connect to EV2400 either. We are trying to drive customer to request for FA analysis but still in pushing. What would be the main reason in this case as we don't have any feedback like this before?

    Hi Mike,

    One reason would be that you don't have the correct bqz file installed in the bqstudio config directory. If you send a screenshot of the version of fw that they are using we can suggest which bqz they need to copy to c:\ti\batterymanagementstudio\config directory.
