LM3414HV: I can not regulate and limit output current

Part Number: LM3414HV

Hi,

We have tried to use in our project LM3414HV.

Image result for LM3414HV

We used:

Radj: 3.9 kOHM (About 800mA output limit)

L: 47 UH / 1.5A

RFS: 40 kOHM - 500kHZ

D: 100V 3A

Cvcc: 1uF 16V

According to this design, We should get 800mA constant current output.

Input voltage: 52V

Test 1: 22 x Red LED 2.1V = 46V / Result: Output voltage 44V 500mA

If I increase the input voltage step by step, the output current is increasing as well. But never stop at 800mA. For example, I tried with 62V input voltage. Output current is about 900-950mA

Test 2: 10 x Far Red LED 2.2V = 22V / Result: Output voltage 22V 800mA

If I increase input voltage from 52 to 62V, again never stop at 800mA output current and I have seen about 1000-1050mA. And I tried to reduce output voltage about 30-40V, output current reduce under 800mA about 700-750mA

What is the problem? Why I can not limit output current? Why output current not stay stable?

I need your support asap. Best regards.
