I am seeking a boot IC for a solar panel + charger system, the architecture as the attached, based on below conditions, could you recommend a boost IC for me? thanks.
1.Minimum output voltage is 5.5V
2.Very low power consumption, include low quiescent current, leakage current
I am designing a ultra low power system, the total standby current can't over 300uA so I have to choose a power saving boost.
