    At this voltage and power level we recommend one of our active clamp forward controllers like UCC2897A.  http://www.ti.com/tool/PMP8861 is an example design that is close to your design target.  Please note that at 1.2V output is below the range of a typical TL431, or even our lower voltage ATL431.  To get down to 1.2V you may need to have a DC/DC buck converter on the output, which can be done with one of our multi-phase buck controllers like TPS40091.
