Hello Team,

I got questions from the customer. Would you mind supporting those?

1. Does this socket have SS function that can decrease VTT rise time? (Looks no SS function on DS)

2. If there's no function to control, is there a way to control start-up speed or is there any alternative sockets which have SS function?

3. What is the minimum slew-rate on P9(S3)?

HI Kazuki,

1. This part does not have separate SS function to control VTT rising time. The typical VTT soft start time is datasheet figure 28.

2. By adding more VTT cap, the SS time could be longer, because charging current during soft start will be limited.

3. No minimum slew rate requirement on S3 pin.

Btw, what's customer's concern on VTT soft start time?
