If you are worried about pulling too much current from the part you can add resistance between the part and the transformer.

I want to use two UC1525A to do interleave, and use outputA/B to drive a T as an isolated driver IC to drive the high side MOSFET of Buck converter.   What should I notice to?

Hey Chun,

You can Sync two UC1525A devices by adding an input clock signal into the sync pin.

You can then also connect the feedback ( INV input) and compensation pins together to run one of the UC1525A devices as a slave.

This may work, but I would worry about differences in the signals when you interleave the controllers. I would likely try to use one controller and 2 drivers instead of two controllers for multi-phase buck solutions.

How do you keep the inductor current balance each phase?

Two controllers could have two respective inner current loops.
