Low vin Isolator solution

Vin 8-36V, Vout 12V 20Amp, non-isolated
LM5175PWPR 8V-36V to 12.00V @ 20A

This design is non-isolated.

Here is an isolated flyback, 120W, created with WEBENCH.
A flyback is good to 150Watts or so.
You asked for 240W. That would require a forward converter, or paralleling 2 flybacks.

I do not see any forward converter designs that can produce what you need.
