looking for a >100V rated HS gate driver with 100% duty capability

for a non-military drone (big battery pack though) we are looking for a >100V (70V is the bus) HS gate driver (isolated or not) with 100% duty cycle capability

I couldn't find anything, any advice or app note is more than welcome

    Thank you for the interest in TI gate drivers. For 100% duty cycle capability of a floating high side driver, the typical bootstrap method of charging the high side bias will not work, as the high side bias will discharge. TI has a small solution for floating bias supplies with the SN6501 transformer driver and small off the shelf transformers. The high side bias for the high side driver can be implemented as shown below. If the low side drive is not used, simply ground the LI input of the driver.

    The UCC27712 shown is a half-bridge driver with an HB rating of 620V which is more than adequate for your application. If lower gate drive current is desired, the UCC27710 is a similar half bridge driver.

    I imagined that.

    As we have no MD part for HV apps, what about spin a UCC27xxx driver with the trickle charge embedded?

    This will enable all the apps with 100% duty for free :)

    Some buck have this feature but for gate drivers is very impopular.
