LMG3410R050: GaNFET for audio amplifier

My customer plan use GaNFET do DC48V 600W Class D amplifier , Is this feasible?  How to achieved ?

    Hello James,

    Sorry for the delay of reply. Yes this is achievable for sure. Please look into LMG5200 as one of the options. Also if other discrete GaN FETs are chosen, we have GaN drivers such as LMG1210 dedicated for driving medium and low voltage GaN. For voltage at 48V, I do not think LMG3410R050 is a good solution as this is a 600V FET.
