We need TPS650864 IBIS/PSpice Model to simulate, but I find there is any model in TI website. please help. thanks.

Hi Yuan,

The IBIS model for TPS650860 is also applicable for TPS650864. These devices are the same silicon and are pin to pin compatible. TPS650860 IBIS model: http://www.ti.com/general/docs/lit/getliterature.tsp?baseLiteratureNumber=swcm006&fileType=zip

Unfortunately we do not have any PSpice models for these parts.
