Hi,

Customer of mine is investigating the temperature characteristics of TPS2051B.

He is looking for power dissipation characteristics graph as per attached example

Does TPS2051B has similar graph?

    Hi,

    We don't have this curve in the spec.

    But I think can have a reference of Figure 13.

    And I am not sure why the picture you post is in descending trend.
