1. Now I use TPS23880 and MCU for the project, can I use TPS23881 to replace it and remove MCU?
2. The application is PSE injector, can TPS23881 work in auto mode without MCU?

Thank you for your question. The TPS23881 can be used to replace the TPS23880 and this is recommended. Here are the main differences between the two devices as can be found Table 1 of the TPS23881 datasheet:
As shown, the TPS23881 does support resistor selectable autonomous mode which eliminates the need for an MCU. This mode is not supported in the TPS23880.
