BQ24078: Vbat has no output.

Dear TI engineers~

There is a question about BA24078. On my own board, when the adapter is plugged in, both SYS and Vbat are normal, and the performance of each pin is normal. After unplugging the adapter, Vbat has no output. After pulling SYSOFF low, Vbat is still only about 0.6V.

Please help confirm if there are other problems~

Hello,

If VBAT is not present, you should see a square wave on the battery which is due to the battery detection on the charger. This is shown in figure 28 of the datasheet. Are you measuring the 600mV with a multimeter?
