TPS7H1101A-SP: SET pulse characterization

Part Number: TPS7H1101A-SP

I am trying to characterize the possible single event transient susceptibility of part numbers ADC128S102WGRQV, TPS50601A-RHA, and TPS7H1101A-RHA.
Could you please provide me with the Pulse Amplitude and Pulse Width of these devices for my analysis?

    The engineer responsible for the power devices is out of the office until Monday.

    He should be able to help then.

    However, it will be beneficial to separate the devices out into different posts.  There are different owners based on the device, and they will be tracked independently when posted separately.   This will help resolve your questions more effectively.

    Also, we would like to understand what you mean by pulse amplitude and pulse width.   Are you referring to the criteria used to define the transient?   If so, on what output?

    Each of the above devices should have a detailed SEE report located in the "technical documents" tab in the product folder.

    If you still have questions after reviewing the reports, please post specific question to a new post for each device.   Note, this post can suffice for the TPS7H1101.
