BQ78350-R1: BQ78350-R1 LED display issue?

I used bq78350-r1 to design a 10S battery pack, and used 5 leds to display the power. Pressing the DISP Pin can display the LED, but it was repeatedly pressed for 5 times, and then the button DISP failed and needed to be reenergized.

Hi Skate,

One possibility is there could be a under-voltage fault. If the [CUV] fault flag is set, the display is disabled.

If this is not the issue, please send a .gg.csv file (click Export from the BQStudio Data Memory screen) with the data flash settings. Also, you can collect a log file to see the status of all of the registers by clicking 'Start Log' on the Registers screen.
