TPS23757: Gate drive MOSFET

Hi,

Are there any guidelines on how to pick the synchronous gate drive MOSFET required for secondary side of the TPS23757.

I noticed on the TPS23757EVM that a Pulse PA0184 is used which is sadly too tall for my application and so I'd like to see if I can find a smaller one.

The part number you mentioned is the pulse transformer. Can you clarify which one you mean?

Hi Michael,

My apologies - I appear to have missed the word 'transformer' in the original enquiry. In the TPS23757EVM (slvu318b), I'm referring to part T3 Pulse PA0184.

I'm interested if there are any guidelines on how to calculate the minimum primary inductance, V/us etc.
