Hi Alec,

Attached an application notes for your reference. there is a step by step guideline to calculate the output inductor and the AUX winding turns .

You can find it from page 9th . hope can help you.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for the update. However , we are asking the UCC297A re-design transformer(previous discussion please refer the link in this post) base on E2E suggestion, changing ratio form 2.64:1 to 4:1. As this spec change, customer is just asking TI double the spec. could you kindly help check if this is the correct transformer ratio for the design.

Hi Alec,

The 4:1 turns ratios was proposed by me in previous post , why the customer need double confirm again ?

Or the customer need another engineer to confirm it ?
