TPS61169: Pin Open / Pin-to-Pin Short Test Result

Hi Team,

My customer is evaluating TPS61169 for LED Backlight driver applicaiton now. And they request us to provide the Pin Open & Pin-to-Pin Short test results.
Could you send me the Pin Open & Pin-to-Pin Short test results of TPS61169DCK?

As application FMEA, if Pin-to-Pin short of external inductor happened, SW (1 pin)  would be shorted to VIN (5 pin).
Under the above condition, ILIM (Switching MOSFET current limit) feature of TPS61169 work every switching cycle, and Thermal Shutdown protection might be triggered in some cases. But the TPS61169 does not have any damages, right?

        Can you provide your's customer information, usually we don't provide the Pin to pin short test report since we don't have the test report now. For the "Vin" short to "SW", I can't guarantee whether it will damage the device or not since if the thermal collection too much it may have some risk to damage our device.
