What will be the operating temperature range (or) ambient temperature range for this IC?

As mentioned in the datasheet, I have assumed operating TJ means Operating Junction Temperature.

    Hi Saravanakumar,

    The operating temperature of this device is -40 to 125 C, as listed in Tj in the datasheet.

    Thank you for the feedback.

    I would like to know about Ta(Ambient Temperature).

    In this case, as per your feedback mentioned above, If ambient temperature (or) Operating temperature(-40C to 125C)(Not Operating Junction Temperature)

    Hi Saravanakumar,

    For an IC, calculated ambient temperature varies based on power dissipated. You can use our datasheets and thermal resistance values to calculate your power. For example, junction temperature is calculated by:

    TJ = TA + (RθJA × Pd)

    Where TJ = junction temperature

    TA = ambient temperature

    RθJA = Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance

    Pd = Power dissipated

    You can use this to solve for your desired variables.
