Hello, can i drive a led strip with a LP5024 or the TLC5947 ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi William,
It mainly depends on how many LEDs in one strip. Please note that the output maximum voltage of LP5024 is 6V and maximum voltage of TLC5947 is 30V.
Hi Charles, Thanks for the answer, there are about 60 RGB leds by strip , (0,35 Ampers per color) seeing that, i must to use mosfet to commute this current or there are other led controller for this purpose? my aim is built a led strip controller with 24 Channels like this reference WS24LU3A but wiht other functions.
Hi William,
How many series LEDs in each channel? And what about the VF of each LED?
Hi William,
Sorry for the delay. I'm out of office since Friday last week. It's a pity that the minimum voltage of VLED should be (2.4*60+knee voltage) for red LEDs and (3.6*60+knee voltage) for green and blue LEDs in your applications, which are all beyond the maximum LED power-supply voltage of LP5024 (6V) and TLC5947 (30V).
Hi Charles, thanks for your time, seeing that the IC can't drive the current, i gonna put a Mosfet in each output, when i do the test i will let you know, i attach the schematic
