Hi Team,
My customer is asking if there is a reason we are suggesting an 2.2uF 0603 capacitor for the REGN pin besides the derating. Any concerns with using an 0402 with an effective capacitance of 2.2uF?

Hey Diego,
Its also related to the power handling capability. REGN is used, among other things, as the bias supply to the gate drivers, to here is a decent amount of instantaneous current delivered by the output cap for REGN to the gate drivers and ultimately the external NMOS gates.
