I have an actual battery with the BQ40z50 on it. Its unlocked. However, it doesn't seem to work.

Firmware updated to R3.

1. I2C works on 0x0B on my development board while the Battery Studio shows it at 0x17

2. Charging voltage and current show up as 0

3. current and other values are off and seem to be 0

4. Calibration values dont seem to be present.

Whats is wrong with this device?

    Hi Preetam,

    Please check if the gauge responds to the commands from the command panel. Please check if you can get the device ID and firmware version from the tab. If you are unable to do so, then the gauge is in ROM mode. Please click the execute button in the firmware tab to recover the gauge.
