Part Number: BQ76930

When communicating with the BQ76930, the response signal is not received after the slave address is sent. What is the reason? The clock and data signals have been checked with an oscilloscope to be normal

    Hi,

    There are different part numbers available for the BQ76930 with different I2C addresses and CRC options. Check the part number of your device to make sure you are using the correct address (0x08 or 0x18) and CRC option. This is outlined in the Device Comparison Table of the datasheet.

    Also, make sure the address is in 7-bit format. If you are still unable to resolve the issue, please send your scope picture of the I2C transaction and we can further debug.
