BQ40Z50-R2: MAC command 0x0060 not working

On a BQ40Z50R2 v2.11 FW device (4500_2_11), all other MAC commands work fine except 0x0060, it returns 0 length in BQstudio using Advanced Comm SMB tab page. This command suppose to return Lifetime data block 1 as listed on BQ40z50 R2 TRM Page 112. 0x0061 to 0x0064 for other lifetime block work correctly.

This 0x0060 command works fine on BQ40Z50R1 (4500_1_06) and BQ40Z50R3 (4500_3_09) FW of the same design. Anyone using 2_11 FW could you comfirm this please?

Hi Xizhou,

This was checked, I entered voltage as 1,2,3,4 for cells 1-4 and when I read from 0x60 with fw 2.11 it was able to read it back. I sent 0x6000 to 0x44 and read back from 0x44

Hi Batt,

Thank for your confirmation. As only this CMD is not working I will download a fresh copy of FW2.11.
