Dear team,
My customer is working on an application where he needs a power switch to be connected to a battery for a very long time (let's say 10 years waiting on the shelf) and needs to have ultra low Iq during this period.
Battery voltage is 4-10V up to 10A.
He also have a mechanical switch he can use to turn the system on when the product is activated.
Hence we have the following questions :
- If we have a switch that can disconnect the ground, would it be help reducing the total Iq of the device ?
Are we allowed to leave the eFuse in this state ? - What is the difference between the shutdown current and the Quisenct current ?
- Any advise on how can we achieve lowest power consumption during the period the product is on the shelf ?
Best regards,
Nir
