Hi everyone,

I am using IC LMZ31530RLGT in my application.

I need FIT rate of LMZ31530RLGT for my module MTBF Calculation.

I searched in datasheet and that IC website page. It is not available.

Kindly provide the FIT Rate of DC/DC Converter LMZ31530RLGT.

    Hi Santhana,

    The MTBF calculated reliability information can be found in Section 4.4 Package Specifications. It is calculated to be 26.5MHrs. 

    The relationship between MTBF and FIT is as follows: ( MTBF = 1,000,000,000 x 1/FIT).

    The calculated FIT will be ( FIT = 1e9 x 1/(26.5e6) = 37.7).
