About battery modeling method described on the following website

please tell us which device should be used when using this method.

You can use the bq27542 or bq27742.

But I'm not familiar with battery modeling, so could you tell me how do you judge it to be battery modeling?
For example, according to some description of a datasheet, etc.

We don't have direct documents but you can read or view the theory of IT gauging here, , , and search for "impedance track gauging" on google for documents that explain it.
