  • Hi Lingaraju

You will have to provide more details on the failure mechanism.

Are you programming using bqstudio or your host?

If using bqstudio, what version are you using?

What version of firmware is on the ev2400?

Did you make multiple attempts to program the failing boards?

How are you determining that the programming is failing.

    thanks

    Onyx

  • Hi Onyx,

Yes I m using, Battery Management Studio for flashing and version: v1.3.92.3 .

I have done the multiple attempts to program and it is failing.  The BQ studio is not opening home page.

Also I have probed on I2C lane, I m getting the NAC.

How to check the version of firmware is on the ev2400?   Please guide me on this.

  • Hi Lingaraju

The firmware version of the ev2400 will be on the dashboard of bqstudio on the left hand side. It should say 0.18 or 0.21.  Do you have an evm to test if the file you are trying to program on the device successful programs on it. i would encourage you to test with an EVM so we determine if the issue is from your board or from the bqstudio.

    thanks
