If not use ULVO of TPS54719, Should I float or pull up-down EN(15 pin) ? if need to pull up or down, what's value of the resistor

Hi,

As mentioned in the pin configuration and functions topic 5 of the datasheet, if you don't want the adjustable under-voltage lockout feature then you can leave the EN pin floating.
