We use BQ27542-G1. The battery voltage is 4.1V, but the SOC is 0%.

hello Jerry,

You have likely not properly configured your gauge following the document in the link below/;

You need to identify your chem id, program it, perform a learning cycle for the gauge to properly report SOC
