We do not have a calculation tool for this device. However, the datasheet has all equations and a design guide for a buck topology. Please see section 8.1 Applications Information and 8.2 Typical Application for these equations. For a flyback you can look at AN-2034 for a 120V design.
But also, you may want to look at LM3447 which is designed specifically for TRIAC dimmable flyback designs. That datasheet has complete equations for this topology. Also, if you don't need dimming support, there are primary side regulation flyback designs available using the TPS92314a device.
