usb and DC Charger IC

hi,

we need a charger ic, please help support ones. 

the charger ic needs:

a,support the usb and DC jack both input charging(DC jack input :12V).

b, support usb otg 

c, support one or two battery cell.

d,charging current 4A-6A.
