TPS63810: Missing package dimensions in the datasheet

Both the datasheets for the TPS6310 and the YFF0015 package, does not show the outer package dimensions for "D" and "E". Can you please provide me with those numbers?

Hi Greg:

Thanks for your notice. The TPS63810 is sampling now, there may be some change in the future. Please allow me to check with the team if it's decided.

For YFF0015 package, you could check the data in ending of the TPS63805 datasheet. As"D: Max = E: Max = 2.285 mm, Min = 1.374 mm, Min = 2.225 mm 1.314 mm" for reference.

Minqiu,

I looked at three different parts that use the same package and they are all different. I will look forward to the final numbers.

Sorry for missing the data. I have checked with the team, it's the same package with TPS63805. We will update the datasheet of TPS63810 at next version.
